Welcome To BPM Management

We are glad you found us. BPM Management is a unique real estate management company. We value our residents as guests and neighbors and we maintain a very personal touch with all of our residents. Our rentals are more personal and cozy, when compared to the large complexes in the Valley of the Sun. While large complexes have hundreds or even a thousand residents in the complex, ours are between one and twenty residents. Come see the difference a personal touch can make.

BPM Management properties host one to twenty residents per location. Our portfolio of single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes and cozy four to twenty-home complexes are well maintained and clean, and are located close to transits and great entertainment areas. Our services are prompt and attentive and we would appreciate the opportunity to serve you in one of our rental homes.

At BPM Management, LLC, we understand that managing properties is a complex and important responsibility. Our approach is unique. We handle a small portfolio of cash generating real estate and we do it all without debt. We focus our investments on security, long-term growth and long-term investment cashflow. This approach is not trendy or cool, but it’s rock solid, steady, and can weather economic storms. In the great real estate recession of 2007, while many investors lost some or all of their portfolio, we didn’t lose a single property. In fact, our cash flow increased year-over-year. Leveraging debt for growth’s sake, is one plan, but it includes significantly more risk of loss when compared to debt free ownership.
